One of the serious results of Obesity is diabetes. Also, many women have PCOD, PCOS whose major cause is obesity. It is very important to find a solution to this problem called Obesity.

  • Unhealthy Eating habits

One of the major reasons for unwanted weight gain is the unhealthy food you are consuming. Today, we are eating Pizza, Burger, French fries, noodles which have very little to no nutrition. But these food items have many calories. The calories can be a major reason for your unwanted weight gain. A possible reason for weight gain is the extra consumption of calories that your body doesn’t require. Also, some people consume many calories in form of sweets, desserts, cold drinks etc. These calories lead to weight gain.

  • Lack of physical activity

Nowadays, we have become so busy in our lives that we don’t focus on physical activity. People have a desk job, spent their whole day. Even students have become so busy in their studies that, they are not doing physical activity. Due to no physical activity, our body is not able to burn those extra calories, as a result,  it leads to the deposition of extra fat on our body.

  • Genetic issues

This is a very rare condition. Few cases are found where reason if obesity is genetic.  Very less family are seen to inherent obesity caused by changes in a single gene. In this case you should first consult a doctor.

Any of these reasons may be responsible for your increasing body weight or maybe it some other. First, you need to observe the reason for weight gain in your case. In a severe case of obesity, you should first contact a doctor. Now, that you know the reason for your weight gain, you must be thinking about how to lose this extra weight.

  1. Control your eating habit

The most important part, be conscious about what you eat. You need to observe your eating habit. Try to know the per day calorie need of your body. You can easily calculate your daily calorie requirement through some apps. Once you know your daily calorie requirement, try to limit your calorie consumption up to that amount. Many apps will help you to track your calories.

It is also important that you consume healthy calories. Avoid fast food and deep-fried food. Pizza, burgers have no nutrition in them. Instead, you can eat rice, roti, green vegetables, salad. This food will provide you nutrition. But don’t overeat anything, limit your calorie consumption.

  1. Less or no white sugar

Sugar has no nutrition but it has many calories. You even don’t have an idea about how many calories you consume daily in form of sweets, cold drinks, candies etc. 100 grams of Cold drink has nearly 41 calories and no nutrition. Now, think about how many such calories you consume on daily basis. You must stop consuming these calories or you may limit the consumption of these calories. There are many things like brown sugar, jaggery, sugar free sugar available in the market these days. You may switch to brown sugar or jaggery. You may also consume white sugar but in very less amount.

  1. Drink more water

Water keeps us hydrated. About 70 % of our body comprises of water. Research says that men should drink nearly 3.7 litres of water and women should drink 2.7 litres of water per day. Drinking water has many benefits like better digestion, good blood pressure. Apart from this, water also helps you to control false hunger cravings which are the main cause of overeating.

These days, there are many good fat loss products available in the market. The products have a minimum or no side effects. Although there are some products which have many harmful effect. You can choose a product that will help you in losing weight. While choosing a product for fat loss, focus on the ingredients of the products and its side effects on your body. These products boost our metabolism which leads to weight loss in our body. But, you need to make some other changes in your diet for the effective working of these products.

  1. Include a physical activity in your daily routine

Physical activity is a very important thing. People of every age group should do physical activity.  Even if you are very busy and you don’t have time to exercise you should at least do walking daily. It is said that everyone should do at least 30 minutes of exercise regularly. You may choose a physical activity according to your comfort it can be exercise, yoga, running, skipping etc. You can also choose a sport that you can play regularly. You just have to be consistent, no matter what physical activity you choose.

We are indeed very busy in our daily routine nowadays and we don’t have time for exercise. But even your small efforts can help you to lose weight. You just need to do little changes in your daily routine. Start doing some physical activity regularly, switch to healthy food, stop eating excess sugary things etc. These small changes will help you to get rid of the excess body fat. A healthy body makes us more confident.

Obesity can be cured if you work on it consistently, you just need to leave some unhealthy habits and adapt to some new healthy habits.
