There are 3 steps for the Visa process and they are the following:
Step 1. SBS (Standard Business Sponsorship)
This step is for sponsors who want to nominate the employee for a specific occupation. The sponsor must have an approved standard business sponsorship from the department of home affairs. To obtain standard business sponsorship, the sponsor needs to fulfil the requirement of sponsorship.
The sponsor doesn’t require to renew the Standard business sponsorship for 5 years when your business is registered as a sponsor.
